15 Nov '20 Ian Garrett - In this passage the Apostle Paul shows us what 'submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ' looks like in the marriage relationship. Husbands are the heads of the family and wives are called to submit to their leadership. Is this an outdated, misogynistic teaching that is best forgotten by 21st Century life? Paul says no, because it is modelled on Christ's relationship with his church.
