CPX: Fearfully and Wonderfully Made (1)
Megan Best, a bio-ethicist, palliative care doctor and the author of Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, discusses her book, which examines the ethics of reproductive medicine from a Christian perspective. Best bases her ethics on the belief portrayed in the Bible that all people are 'fearfully and wonderfully made' by God, and made in the image of God. She argues that, therefore, every human being is valuable because of who they are, not because of what they can do, and discusses the implications this has for how we treat unborn babies.
