The Bible Project: John 13-21 Overview

The Gospel of John is one of the earliest accounts of Jesus' life. Written by 'the disciple whom Jesus loved', the author states his purpose right at the end of the book: that its reader may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah and that we may have life in his name (John 20: 30-31). John believes that Jesus is alive and that he can change your lifer forever. In Chapters 13-21 John focuses on Jesus' final night with his disciples before his eventual arrest, trial, crucifixion and then resurrection.
