The Keswick Lectures '18 - Leadership in a Complex World

Richard Dannatt - Leadership is needed in all walks of life, none more so on the front line in the face of the enemy. Soldiers experience this on the battlefield, but leaders face challenge and opposition in whatever environment in which they are called to work. Decision making, planning, communicating and inspiring are key demands placed on the leader. The Lord Jesus Christ provided the ultimate leadership example when he said, quite simply: “Follow me.” Initially twelve men did, now billions do. And in Ephesians 6, the Apostle Paul sets out our orders for battle – orders that we will do well to study and follow.
