That could be describing anything from Sydney drivers or youth through to our home life and inner desires. This Sunday in 1 Samuel we meet the good, the bad and the godly in Israel, in a world in which it seems like everyone is in it for themselves and no one is taking the time to ask God for direction. Enter a broken childless woman and her desperate prayer to the merciful Lord Almighty. A revival of God’s Word and clear direction emerges under God's appointed leader. All this anticipates the invitation to us today to live as God's people under His appointed King Jesus. We are to heed His clear words of life in the Bible and live godly meaningful lives together under Him."
